(1)Digestion:
Physical change :food is physically broken down by chewing
Chemical change:breakdown by saliva and enzyme
(2)candle:
Physical change: melting of wax
Chemical change: combusting
(Physical change=reversible, chemical change=irreversible)
Hope it works for you

Yes,it is possible for a same material to undergo in both reversible and irreversible changes.
For example:
1) Iron:
Reversible: If we melt and remould the iron then it will be considered as a reversible process.
Irreversible: If the iron gets in contact with moisture and gets rusted ,then it will be considered as the irreversible change.
2) Wax:
Reversible : If we slowly melt down the wax ,it will become solid again after cooling.
Irreversible : If we burn wax candle most of the wax will either evaporate or becomes carbon dioxide and other gases.
And many more.
