Is it possible that the train in which you are sitting appears to move while it is at rest ?how?

it can be possible
if u have ever travelled in a train u might have noticed that if ur train is standing at rest and meanwhile a train goes from the side of your train you feel like that your train is also moving.
this is due to our visual perspective which befools us and we feel that our train is also moving

Motion of any object is relative .One object is said to be moving with respect to the position of other object.

In train as we are sitting in it a train which is next to u moves in an opposite direction(or any direction)

As the train next to u is changing its positon and the objects inside the train is not moving it appears as if our train is moving which is not true.
