Is it possible that the whole universe would come to an end when all the order becomes disorder in other words when entropy of the universe reaches the maximum limit....an entropic death....

but since there is no any nice theory that tells why universe expands ...and dark energy theorem seems to make some sense I like to go with it

suppose u stretch a spring and we can see it comprese itself and goes upto it's natural lenght and we say it's due to spring force....similarly if we see universe expands at rate faster than expected it's not wrong to say that it's due to some unknown force

but can I tell some thing.....its been predicted that stars at the edges of the spinning spiral galaxy should move at speed les than that in galactic centre but observation suggest that both moves at almost same speed ....so scientist predicted that there will be a gravitational effect of some unknown mass which we named dark matter making an halo around galaxy ....something that doesn't interact with baryonic matter doesn't means that it doesn't exist
