Yes it is possible.

1 nonleap year has 365 days

= 52 weeks and 1 day

This 1 day has to be Sunday.

Then only the year will have 53 Sundays

Probability for a day to be Sunday=1/7

as there are 7 possibilities.

Thus the probability is 1/7
