Is it possible to accelerate but not change its speed . Give reason?

Yes, it is possible as acceleration is the rate of change in velocity.

Acceleration, therefore, occurs when there is any change in the velocity and velocity and speed at two different aspects. Velocity depends upon the direction in which the object is moving but speed does not depend upon the direction in which the object is moving.
