Is it possible to boil water at room temperature, say 30°C? If we touch a flask containing water boiling at this temperature, will it be hot?

Answer:

No it is not possible to boil water at 30 degrees celcius. I agree to the fact that water has high value for latent heat of vapourization and so at 30 degrees celcius its entropy change is very less and hence it does not change its state easily.

Yes it will feel warm because water absorbs heat and hence its temperature is somewhat higher than 30 degrees Celsius.
