Is it possible to change the power sharing system between the centre and state if yes then why

Ya it is possible to change the power sharing arrangement.This can be done by parliament ..First of all any changes has to be passed through the loksabha with some majority then members of different parties discuss on them..and if any disputes arise between then then supreme Court handles the issue
