Is it possible to communicate with hardware device without device driver?Why?​

Without a device driver, the OS would not be able to communicate with the I/O device. Not only do physical hardware devices rely on a device driver to function, but software components do as well.

Without drivers, the computer could not send and receive data correctly to hardware devices, such as a printer. Without a device driver, the OS would not be able to communicate with the I/O device.
