no it's not possible....in your question you have given two measurements for only one line that is AD=3cm and DA=7.5 cm..
so it can't be possible.....

It is not possible because given that AD=3cm and DA=7.5cm.
But AD and DA refers the same side of the quadrilateral and one side can have just one measurement.
So it is not possible.
