So, AB + BC + CA  =10

AB + CA = 4.8 cm and ∠C = 45°.

Step 1: Draw a line segment BC 5.2 cm.

Step 2 : Draw ∠B = 45°.  

Step 3 : With Center B and radius 4.8 cm, make an arc which intersects CX at D.  

Step 4 : Join A to C.  

Step 5 : Draw a perpendicular bisector of segment DB it intersect the line segment CD at point A.  

Step 6 : Join C to A.
