No. the current and the positrons will annihilate each other and there will be a blast .

It's only possible if u take a conductor made of antimatter , the current particles made up of antimatter and they r put in an isolated chamber ( u can search in google how LHC stored those antimatter ) . But the cost of creating such things would be quite high as only 1g of anti matter costs $62.5 trillions !!
