Suppose such a triangle is possible Then the sum of the lengths of any two side would be greater than the length of the third side  Let us check this

is \:  \: (4.6 + 5.8)cm = 10.4cm \:  > 10.2cm

is \: (5.8 + 10.3 ) =16.1cm > 4.6cm

is \:  \: (10.3 + 4.6 ) =14.9cm > 10.2cm

Therefore the triangle is possible
