area of a parallelogram = base * heigh
suppose the area and base is given, then you can easily find height
for example
Q} the area of a parallelogram is 12cmsq and base is 3cmsq find height.
solution: let the height be x
area of paralleogram = b*h
3x=12
x=12/3
x=4
thus, the height is 4cmsq
