Answer:-
Direct Democracy:
Direct democracy is a form of government in which all laws are created by a general vote of society.
In Direct democracy people make the decisions regarding the way they should be ruled, budget, policies etc.
People assemble at one place or vote through a referendum or there is a consensus gathering etc.
Here people have more power than in case of indirect democracy.
Direct Democracy is not possible in India because:
- The law and constitution system is very large in our country and that's why arrangement of public votes for every single rule , law establishment is next to impossible.
- The huge amount of population is also a major reason for which the direct democracy is not possible in our country.
