No because the pressure is needed for going into sky from the earth and balloon which is prepared by the gas helium has not that much pressure and if it will reach to the atmospheric air at the top most layer of the Earth then it will immediately brush up

.because at the atmospheric level of the earth with which it will catch the fire by the ozone layer for that is o3 that if we will went from the earth to the space oddity the moon than why the astronomers need to make the the special special ops spaceships all the satellites. Thanks

It is not possible to go on moon by balloon if the pressure developed by balloon (inside the ballon ) is equal to pressure developed by surrounding is equal in space as well as in moon too which is impossible.

when ballon fly towards space the atmospheric pressure get Decrease and the internal pressure produce more force on the surface of balloon so the belloon get bruest.
