Answer:

Yes it is possible, let's take motion of earth into consideration. it travels millions of kilometers in an year but it's displacement is zero after one year because it's initial and final positions are same.

Displacement means change in the position. Any body which travels a lot of distance and finally comes to the starting point will have zero displacement.

Answer:

yes it is possible.

Explanation:

A body can have zero displacement but can cover large distances  in the following ways:-

  • If the body moves in circular motion: If the body moves in circular motion , covers a large distance and comes back to its initial point , its displacement would be zero but not the distance.
  • If the body travels a large distance from point A to point B and returns back to point A , the displacement would be zero but not the distance.
  • If the body goes anywhere , covers any large distance and returns back , the displacement will be zero but not the distance traveled.
  • Ex: The earth revolving around the sun , etc

hope it helped and please mark as brainliest:)
