hey dear❤❤❤....no, it is not possible bcoz.........FOR CONSTRUCT A TRIANGLE....THERE ARE SOME CONDITIONS -: ☆bigger side is equal or less than the sum of two smaller sides.........but in this bigger side (9cm) is more than the sum of two smaller sides (4+3=7)....so,we cannot construct this triangle......hope it it helps u
