HI
NO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE CHANGE IN VELOCITY IS CALLED ACCELERATION
SO IF OBJECT POSSES VELOCITY IT CANNOT HAVE CONSTANT ACCELERATION

velocity = time taken to travel a certain distance in certain direction.
accelerate =rate of change of acceleration
so if a body has 0 velocity it means it is at rest so it is not moving there by no acceleration
accelerate =rate of change of acceleration
so if a body has 0 velocity it means it is at rest so it is not moving there by no acceleration
When body is at rest velocity is zero but acceleration due to gravity remains constant on earth that is 9.8m/s-2
