NO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE CHANGE IN VELOCITY IS CALLED ACCELERATION
SO IF OBJECT POSSES VELOCITY IT CANNOT HAVE CONSTANT ACCELERATION

velocity = time taken to travel a certain distance in certain direction.
accelerate =rate of change of acceleration

so if a body has 0 velocity it means it is at rest so it is not moving there by no acceleration
