Is it possible to have distance travelled =0 but not the displacement ? If yes give an example

No, it is not possible to have distance travelled = 0.

But according to frame of reference,

If you observe a very small particle with naked eye, you will not be able to see it's distance travelled.

But if you observe under microscope, you will see some movement.

i.e There will be such very small distance covered by the particle which is likely equal to zero

false, distance always > displacement if dist. 0 then there no displacement. X-------------------------------------Y this is 5cm dist. so dist = dicplace but x=y so dist is 0 so there is no displacement. if displacement X - Y =0 so X=Y on path length.
