Yes, it is possible to have the reverse order in the rainbow called secondary rainbow. When a secondary bow is formed, the light has to bounce twice off the back of the rain drop before it is reflected to your eyes.

When refraction of light from water droplets take place Two times then at first time colour sequence will be like of Violet Indigo Blue Green Yellow Orange Red and refraction from second droplets will give the light as Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Indigo Violet .
