is it possible to make an amplifier with passive elements give reason too?

Give some example of Linear and non linear of Active and passive elements ?

  • No it is not possible to make an amplifier with the help of passive element that is is inductor capacitor and resistor because the battery produce power DC so it remain DC in output but input power is omega that is AC.

Example

linear passive element:-

resistance ,capacitance, inductance transformer, transmission line etc

non -linear passive element:-

diode ( LED)

linear active element:-

voltage and current source ,voltage control current source etc

non - linear active element:-

MOSFET ,BJT ,JFET etc
