You can, yes you can play a football match on moon.

But the problem would be that the ball would be extremely bouncy, and the match would be like a basketball match.

And the players would be tethered together, and to organize one match it would take around billions of dollars.

I answered yes because it is possible to play football match on moon and I do wanna play there.
