No. Not possible.
Reason:
Gravitational effect depends only on mass of the bodies and distance between them. Shielding an object will increase its total mass thereby more attractive force because gravitational force is directly proportional to product of masses.

Hi,
Well I don't think it's possible.Until you are in Earth you can't escape from the gravity.And in the other hand if you need to shield an object with something,it should of 0 mass.And after shielding the total mass should be 0 too.So we have to wait until that kind of materials are invented.
