Hi..
Yet our technology had not developed completely to create a clean burning long lasting fuel.That to by combining two atoms is not yet completed...
It might be possible in the years about to come
it has already been done by the LHC the Hadron Collider they have literally sped two atoms at eachother at 4 TeV each creating a collision force of 8 TeV and that was in 2012 before they shut down the Hadron Collider
