its spiral method, its not wrong but there is an easier method, if the question in the exam is asked to make √7 in spiral then its correct otherwise there is a simpler method, using this spiral method is time consuming the other method is more reliable and proving it will give u full marks
i attached the diagram, do let me know if u have any trouble to figure how I constructed it, and how to prove it
draw a number line as shown in the attachment. let the point O represent 0(zero) and point A represent 2. draw a line perpendicular AB at A on the number line and cut off arc AB=1unit. continue till u get √7
