Yes we can partially say that the French revolution was a movement which involved middle classes who played a major role in revolution.The other classes were also a major part but they had a problem and that was there was no leader among them which is why their attempts failed.However after the middle class emerged there was a wave of leadership in them and hence they became the guiders of the revolution.
