no it's not right to say that sin(a+b)=sinA+sinB. but it may be right a few times
consider an example
A=0° B=90°
sin(A+B)=sin(0+90)=sin90=1
sinA+sinB=sin0+sin90=0+1=1

consider other example
A= 30° , B=60°
sin(A+B)=sin(30+60)=sin 90=1
simA+ sinB= sin30+sin60=1/2 + √3/2≠1
