obviously not, because of many irresponsible people for example hunters, or many others those who r killing or hunting them for fulfilling their selfish ends.Now a days people r also using them for commercial .

The situation comes is that now government is making national parks etc.

And in this government is providing all the possible facilities.

And the most remarkable thing is that in this is that they r not kept in cage.
