An adult human brain weighs about 3 pounds. About 75% of which is made up of water. Brain uses 20% of the total oxygen in the blood. It it doesn't get oxygen for 5 to 6 minutes it will die. There are 100 billion neurones present in our brain. Neurons work as the information carriers, they move information from one part of the brain to the another. Producing enough electrical signals to power a small light bulb.

Some people believe that we use only 10% of our brain! And we can't use the remaining 90% of the brain. We would be able to do Superman activities , Well, it's a myth.

Let me Explain....

Scientists who studies brain activity have found that, we use Virtually every part of the brain and most of it is active almost all the time.

Some parts of the brain might be working harder than others. But we utilise almost all of the brain.
