⦁ Is it true or wrong to say that, Vectors always start at the origin? Either yes or no justify it in 3-6 lines.

No it’s not necessary to always start from origin but though a reference point is needed. A vector just needs the direction.

The answer is NO.

A vector is used to represent the direction.

Its starting point is called Tail.

It ending or Terminal point is called Head.

A vector that starts from Origin O(0,0) is called a Position Vector. A position Vector is used to describe the POSITION of a point with respect to ORIGIN.

We have infinite numbers of other vectors.

A vector starting from point A towards point B will be a vector AB with an ARROW above AB. The arrow will show the direction from A to B.

We can also have vector from B to A.

And infinitely other vectors.
