is it true people live in high altitude have a high RBC count than people living in plains?

yes the people living in high altitude areas have more RBC count because the density of oxygen molecules in the air in the areas of high altitude is lower as compared to the areas of lower altitude therefore,  They have higher levels of hemoglobin (red blood cells) in their blood which helps them to take in more oxygen.

Yes I think so..
Bcoz People living in high altitudes can develop polycythemia . In high altitudes increased RBC production occurs in order to compensate for the low ambient oxygen levels and inadequate tissue oxygenation..
