No not true in every case dear. One can be excellent in grammar and in literature both if he is ambitious towards the studies :)

Only beacause they are specialist in that particular thing
because some are excellent in literatures and some in grammer but many are excellent in both.. we have diffn teachers because they want to provide us perfect knowledge of everything
