By mother to baby by pregnancy, labour or nursing.

By having unprotected vaginal, anal or oral sex.

yes it is true.......Once a person has been infected with HIV they remain infected for life and may be able to transmit the virus to others. The risk of transmitting the infection to another person is dependent on the level of virus (viral load) in the body fluids (blood, semen, vaginal fluid and breast milk) of the infected person.
