yes and no, yes because the great scientist Stephen Hawking said aliens are there but other scientist said they are not there...there is no correct information or proof for this....

It is yet a mystery buddy..
There are several evidences which Made us to believe that alien do exists like spotting the foot prints of yeti, mermaids and much more..
Of course such with us or we find evidence of their existence.
And even if we do find alien life, it might be in the form of bacteria or other microorganisms, rather than fully fledged intelligent beings
