I think political parties shape public opinions Irrespective of caste, gender, creed, etc. but if we go to the issues happened or are happening in the small villages of any province than my opinion is no. eg- if any political party passes any kind of bill irrespective of people in the society then they are not shaping the public opinions.HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU A LITTLE BIT!!!
