yaa it's true bcz many of our scientist and software engineers are there who are more talented then our who are working in our country bcz of reservation the talented person didn't get chance here so most of them go out for work and even Microsoft hire most of indian. and they have said that if they don't hire. India will make its own Microsoft company.....
