Is it true that the earth is only 6000 years old?

it's not true bcoz the Mahabharata were happened 5000 yrs ago which is in Dwapar Yuga before that treta and satya yuga was only kali yuga age is 4, 32,000 yrs in which 6000 yrs have been passed.
