Is it true that yellow light moves with mean speed as that of the red and the violet light in air and vaccum .Explain

Think a little different; colour is depend of frequency, frequency is depend on carried energy by photon.  If our photon is unidimensional, it can move only linear, is not it?And also it has no mass, because there is no volume. And if photon is not move but carried by a wave like surfer or foam, what will be speed of all kind of colurs of photons ? They will have all the same speed according to observer. I think like this.
