Right now a normal citizen is just being played by Hindu,Muslim and Sikh politician who disguise themselves religious BUT are also TIED through Blood or Contracts with Criminals. The third leg of the beast is the Government. Once they control Mother India then they make her dance for them. This same system is in most South East, non developed and South Asian countries. Only 10 or so countries can claim free open democracy where All are safe and where justice tries criminals.

To answer briefly: it depends on Indian citizens awakening. Education system also is on place that you can become a good doctor or scientist but never an educated citizen.
