The Jasmine flower is bisexual by nature.

Jasmine is a bisexual flower because it contains a pistil as well as a stamen.

EXPLANATION:

Bisexual flowers are the ones that contain the female as well as the male 'reproductive organs'. In some bisexual flowers, 'self-pollination' takes place especially when the stamen and pistil develop at the same time.

However, in some bisexual flowers, 'self-pollination' does not take place and insects or pollination agents are needed for the task. This is true for jasmine in which insects are pollination agents because stamen and pistil do not 'develop' at the same time.
