According to me both are equally historical because both of them tell us about our ancient history from starting.
Now coming to the main point, I think Delhi would me more historical as compared from lahore.
This is because Delhi is the best example many major events which took place in India like Mughal Dynasty (we can see monuments made during this sultanate ) , British Rule (parliment, monuments), Maurya empire and also it tells us much about Pandavas.
Also from many years delhi is one of the major center of india.
so from these points i think delhi is more historical place.
