Learning of EVS (Environmental Science) is important at primary because the grooming of citizens to save the environment should begin at an early age.

This nurturing will help them develop habits that do not harm or effect the environment.

The knowledge that the children gain at an early age gets registered in them throughout their lives whereas it is difficult to change the habits or incorporate any good habits in an elderly person.
