We know that,

Lemon is acidic in nature because it has citric acid which turns blue litmus to red.

In case of acidity our gastric glands increase the secretion of hydrochloric acid which is also acidic in nature.

So the conclusion ia that the use of lemon at the time of acidity is not good but it harm us.

No Lemon is not good during acidity.

And we know lemon contains citric acid.

LEMON will increase the acidity of the stomach along with HCl.
