Scientists believe that life is possible in other plants. One of the most important goals of science is to find any sign of life other than the planet earth.
- Many missions by astronauts have been done in past to gain knowledge about any possible source of life on other planets.
- NASA’s Kepler or the coming James Webb Space Telescope have shown us signs of habitable planets.
- For the existence of life, scientists believe that some fundamental elements like nitrogen, carbon, oxygen, phosphorous, sulfur and hydrogen need to be present on the planet.
- In spite of all the research, the probability of finding life on any planet is very low since there are only eight planets in our solar system.
