Is matter and energy same how?
Energy don't have mass and also not volume then how?

you don't know wave/particle nature of matter açcording to quantum physics
Phonons are quantized sound waves in crystalline solids. They do have someparticle-like properties. As with electronic energy levels, there is quantization - allowed values and excluded values. But they are still vibrational motions of the atoms in the crystal.
