Is melting of Ice a desirable change?​

It is desireable bcoz it need to be melt otherwise if snow fall continuously occur then it covers all the area so it need to be melt in such condition. it is undesireable bcoz it sometime dont need to be melt otherwise if snow on mountains melts then it can cause a very large destruction like vegetation,house etc.

untill the  surrounding is normal it will melt if surrounding is below freezing point it wont melt ofcourse but we assume surroudning temperature is normal ie 25 degress celcius.
