Is more BHP means more speed or More RPM means more speed?please explain me

Answer:

1. If two cars are having max torque rating at same rpm, then the car with higher torque will have low mileage. 2. If two cars are having same max torque rating at different rpm, then the car with lower rpm will give better mileage in the city like conditions as compared to the other.
