No they are different. You can even read different chapters of The diary of a young girl.
Anne has even separate views for both which she has even mentioned in her diary.
( You can ask questions to me in message. Hope it helps)

Rabie: i m not getting it, can u pls elaborate
Rabie: can u say me the pages or context where it is there
DodiyaPruthviraj: see mr keesing was an old english teacher whoanne describes as 'old foggey' but mr kepton was highlighted in the last chapters of diary

I know what is bothering you...

In the class 10th NCERT chapter "From the Diary of Anne Frank" all the incidents related to Anne's math teacher are in reference to a person called 'Mr. Keesing'

However, in the original book, "The Diary of a Young Girl" the same incidents are in reference to a math teacher whose name is 'Mr. Keptor'

So, after analyzing on this contrast, I would say that 'Mr. Keesing' and 'Mr. Keptor' are the same persons, but the English NCERT book publishers have changed Mr. Keptor's name into Mr. Keesing. (maybe because of copyright infringement related issues)
