Mutuality or sharing personal interest in selling is very important.
- This would help to create a relationship with the consumer and would help the business to grow. Often the background story can be relatable to the consumer which would create a sense of emotional touch between the cell and the consumer.
- This would create a brand image in the eye ofs the consumer and will also help in the marketing of the brand through word of mouth.
- When I consumer feels connected with the seller here she will never think of going anywhere else and would come back to the business which would help in customer retention.
