\bf{\boxed{Angstrom}} is smaller.

One Angstrom =  {10}^{ - 10} m

Whereas, One Nanometre =  {10}^{ - 9} m
You can also think of Situation as

10mm = 1cm
Now, Is cm smaller or mm ?
mm is smaller.

100ms = 1s
Now, Is ms smaller or s ?
Millisecond is smaller.

If 2 units are there; say x and y and it is written like ( ax = y ) where a is usually a whole number ( 10,100,1000 etc. usually).
Then x is smaller.

Hence, Angström is smaller than Nanometre.
